Need some advise I have been offered a great position in Montana working for the railroad. I have been in California my whole life 32 years. I heard great things about Montana but wanted some feed back on what you guys think. I know I will miss California but it’s a great career opportunity in Montana. Heard the winters are pretty bad there I know the tundra will handle the snow good. Thanks for any advice

you won't miss California, that terrible place. When I turned over my California DL 4 years ago to the great state of Nevada it was the happiest day of my life.

What part of Montana? I was in Great Falls for almost 5 years when I was active duty.

    What part?

I Lived in Missoula, MT for about 4 years (AMAZING) the whole state is great but I am partial to the western corner, west of the continental divide. Great hiking, climbing, snow and hunting. that state is one of the best places to live in my opinion.

The job is in several parts of Montana. The main location is Missoula but would also be traveling to Billings, Laurel, Livingston, Helena.
