Don't all models have the AC vents in the rear? Mine has them behind the center console and under the seats.

I have a 16 DC and have them. They are under the front seats, but they are not in the console

I found some vents under the driver's seat, turned on the AC and nothing came out, maybe it is what it is.

Have a DC too. Pretty sure the vents under the seat only blow air when you have the ac/heat blower selector set to floor (or dash/floor combo).

But in a DC your passengers are sitting much closer to the front, they should be able to feel all that cool air wafting over them.
