Meanwhile Shepard Smith lectures Bobby Jindal for daring to utter the offensive phrase "All Lives Matter". I would modify it to say "All lives matter excluding thugs who shoot cops".

I had a federal police officer drop by when this went down today and we chatted about this so called "police hate", or whatever it is.

First off, I respect the badge...maybe not always the person wearing it. I'm sure that is visa versa as a police officer as well.

The amount of police that have died in the line of duty has actually decreased since the 80's (which were brutal). Main steam media has latched on to this BLM, BlueLM, ALM (any I'm missing?) and are running with it. We just have way to many Sheeple in this country.

Interesting on his take of how this might go down:

-Police departments not responding or "taking their sweet time", and why not. They will most likely be short staffed. Hell, after the downtown shooting and Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs, 50 officers turned in their badges. I'm actually glad they did. If they don't love the job, it doesn't pay enough for what they do.

-Departments will be short staffed to the point they cannot respond to much other than a traffic situation. Basic services is all we will have (not that I use them, but hey, others do) and people start taking the law into their own hands. This can get sketchy after that.

-This is a perfect time to round a lot of weapons up at once, martial law or something of the sorts, and it may come down to survival of the fittest (so to speak). This is a far stretch...but you never know with the politicians in office and attempting to be in office.

I personally think that police with get to the point of not "giving a flying F" and the people that need them the most will be weeded out one way or anther.

Agree with you on all counts. Finally someone sees the insuboridnate amount of "sheeple". I have to say social media has got to be a huge contributor to that! It's so damn easy to start something. It's simple, if you won't say it to someone's face, don't post it. Not to mention the BIASED media. Not to say it's never been biased but these days I find it's more biased than before. Moral decay is on the uptick and speeding up. It's truly a sad world we live in nowadays when the wellbeing of a terrorist is more important than an unborn child.

    Amen Law.

People are who they are, no need to change that. Perception is another beast in itself and the main stream media are professionals at putting a twist on anything.

Hell, I don't even pay much attention to Fox News anymore.

Thanks to social media and cable, you dont even have to make an accusation but merely raise a question and then its off to the races with heated debates between people. It is so easy to stir up emotions in the masses to feed a political agenda.

This is the worse I've seen things as far as I can remember back.
Probably going to happen at some point unless things improve. I've got some off the grid neighbors near my property that are definitely Red Dawn types. They are ready/prepped. You get my drift.

You should get a few things.

Water filtration system(s) (because good flippen luck storing enough water to last any amount of time, I have 3)

Freeze dried food, but do not buy a lot at once. No more than 2-3 weeks worth at a time.

Clothing for everyone. Depending on location, this could be the deal breaker. Cold kids are miserable kids...lol.

Ways to make fire and power certain things. There are some pretty sweet thermal generators out there now for 160.00.

    That is for starters.....

I came real close to buying a filtration straw on Amazon during that prime day. I do have a fire starter which I've only used once to make sure I could even start a fire with it. But the rest yeah. I do t have freeze dried food but I have guns to shoot food??? Lol

I know that there's red shirt Friday's. At least there was when I first enlisted. My dad has green for myself and grandfather, red for a firefighter buddy of his that passed away, and blue for his buddies that are officers.
