Another offset question....

    Extang Solid Fold 2.0, 20% Tint, Black Emblem Overlays
    No lift, no level, stock SR5 suspension....would +18 offset work, running the trd wheels now that look to be +60....trying to push tires out closer to flush without having to do any cutting/mods.

    That would move the rim out about 1.65 inches. At a minimum you may have to remove the front forward mudflap. Maybe have to push in the fender liner a little bit with a heat gun or a screw. Not sure if it will rub the skid plate, but if it does you can either bend it or cut it.

    A guy at work has a 2016 crew max. It looks like it has TSS wheels which stick out a little more than factory. He has BF goodrich all terrain in the stock size. 275/65/18. They rub when he puts the truck in reverse and turns the wheel.

    Are you staying with stock size tires? FYI, +18mm offset is going to put your further out than "flush". They are going to stick out pretty good without flares. I think @chphilo had some old pics as he was running that similar setup before.

    FWIW, my truck has +25mm offset with 275/70/18. My wheels are also 18x8.5 where most of the aftermarket wheels are 18x9. I had to remove the front, rear mud flaps.
