another dome light question

Could anyone help me to confirm that, when the interior light main switch sets at "DOOR" position, will both front map lights and center dome lights come on when open any of the door?
In my truck, only the front map lights come on when door is opened after brought the truck to the dealer for headliner replacement. It seems to me that both front and center lights should turn on.

Please kindly let me know. I really appreciate it.

 

Yeah, they should both come on. Sounds like the bulb is bad, probably damaged during the new headliner installation.

 

The light bulbs are fine. I could turn on the center dome lights when pushing the switches on the light. Just can’t figure out why the front one will turn but not the center one.

 

The dealer sent the mechanic to my work to check it out. They found out a loose connection and fixed it in less than 3 min.
