Amber drl?

Asking for your guys help. I thought I seen a thread of where the DRL white led changed to an amber DRL when the turnsignal was on. Has anyone done a conversion like that?

The parking lights are not bright at all on the 2018 Limited. It seems the DRL's overpower them. Any suggestions on a good brand of bulbs to swap with?

 

For the first question, it sounds like you are referring to the thread by thomasbus337. I believe he installed some $20 switchbacks by Diode Dynamics. For the second, try the vled for the ambers. I believe @BlueBottle has these and they are hella bright and look great. I'll see if I can find a link on the switchbacks.

Should be post 700. Not sure if you were referring to the LED strips turning amber or just turning off when the turn signal is activated. I haven't seen the strips anything but white.

If he’s referring to old style amber dtrl being white instead then flashing amber, he needs VLEDS triton white amber switch backs.
