SO I'm trying to get my sunroof closed all the way. Was going to replace the motor but everywhere I looked they are $500. Does anyone know of a replacement that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? The part # is 63260-0C010.

Someone just had this issue... On a newer model.. You can try the other sunroom/ moonroof motors off the Celica 03+ since they're for glass moonroofs much better/stronger motor, Camry, Prius at a salvage yard, you may have to go pull it yourself as some may charge you the same as stealership prices..

You feel confident your motor is culprit ? If it attempts to close and goes back or simply is sluggish when it attempts, it may mean the rails/tracks simply need to be cleaned of all debris/old lubricant and relubricate. Just finished maintenance on mine that’s not used often. When I first started it was sluggish and would not close without backing up. Cleaned it all up and now it opens and closes like new !

It wasnt sluggish, it stopped working. I had to close the glass by hand. The motor doesnt work at all when the buttons are presseed.

Have you checked the 25amp moon roof fuse ? Just curious if you have done other testing and are simply looking for a cheaper motor. If so, I'll skip posting ways to test it and even rebuild it.

Ask and you shall receive :)
I want to remember yours was squeaking and won't go all the way back. How did your guides/rails look ?

Does anyone know is the sunroof motor for the 2001-2007 Sequia will work? I found some on Ebay that look the exact same as my tundra one.
