    Anyone have some good alligator recipes to share? I’ve had it before and enjoyed it in the past in restaurants so when I saw the butcher had it I had to grab a couple pounds. Never cooked it before so this will be a learning experience.

    Had it a few times in Florida. Tasted just like lobster. It’s been awhile but I remember it was a portion of the tail cooked in a ton of butter and some blackened seasoning.
