They are made to be able to be bolted on or welded on, depending on what you prefer.

I got some sliders for my tacoma (when i had it) and the door dings stopped accumulating. They work wonders. Would love a set for my Tundra. Way better than nerf bars and running boards.

I've been waiting for something like this! SDHQ teased one that I like also, but they aren't doing any production runs anytime soon. Can the '07+ version come without the fill plates? Got any pictures of the gussets? I'd also most likely weld these on for the strength; are there plates at the end of each cross-bar to the frame or do the bars weld on themselves?

The sliders for the 07+ are completely bolt on and can come with or without fill plates. I'll try to get some pictures up today of the slider not installed on the truck so you can see the brackets, etc.

How much less would it cost without the plates if it is $800 with them?

Not bad at all. :) If I can get a peek at what the mounts look like (and I'm assuming there're 4-5), I'll pull the trigger.

Here is a pic of the mounts. The sliders are made with HREW but for an additional $50, we could make them from DOM.

Estimate shipped out to 92128? No fill plates & DOM upgrade (I'm assuming it's at least the main tube).

We are not opposed to making them, we would just have to have a similar year double cab here to take measurements and use as a guide for fitting, etc.

Unfortunately we don't combine offers. If you did not get a chance to order last night, we will still honor the free shipping for you. Give us a call to order though, if you have not already. :)
