all contacts dont load

i have a 18 tundra with entune installed. i have paired the bluetooth and downloaded the contacts from my Pixel 2 phone. all the contacts do not load. seems (?) the favorites are the ones not loading even though they also are in the contact data base. Similar issue? fixes?

 

The favorites are Entune specific. It won’t load your phone favorites. You have to add favorites manually for your stereo.

the favorites on the phone only organize other contacts. they merely collate existing information from the contact data place. kinda like a query pulling from a database. the phone favorite contacts will not load into the main database of contacts on entune.
