All American Dinner!

Loving the old school Weber kettle I have been cooking on. Just did an old school burgers, dogs, and corn on the cob. I ground up brisket and sirloin to make burgers.

The burger with no cheese I took 2 really thin patties and stuffed with Sweetwatwr Valley Farms smoked cheddar cheese.

Love the B&B lump as it will stay piping hot for 2+ hours and is a really mild smoke taste.

 

Haha, I sat down at the table and my wife started busting out laughing and said are you seriously taking a picture of that....

Did not get it at first, but the wife's mind must have been in the gutter!

Of all the things, this cracked her up.

 

Damn that looks good and I just ate.

 

If you like wings, look into the “vortex” for the kettle

 

I have one on order. I currently have 7 grills to choose from at the house. I am stuck on the old school primal Weber at the moment.

The Slow n Sear is simply awesome. Must have for the Weber kettle guys.

 

Those grills are seriously under rated!
