Hey everybody, got my 6112/5100's on my 2010 DC 4X4 a few weeks ago. As per Mechanic's advise, I waited a while before "alignment shopping". From reading here and elsewhere, Toyota dealers may be the best bet, because they'd be more familiar with our trucks. What say you?

I say theres a good chance if you look around theres a more qualified shop that can really dial it in. However, theres a chance your dealership is more than capable. Every one is different...

I had dealership do my alignment at same time they installed the 6112's up front on highest setting and it's perfect. They even give you a printout of what all your alignment specs are.

What do you think of the 6112/5100 combo?

I threw on 6112's on front, 5160's rear. Love it. Rides smooth on road and off road. I live in the desert so it does see some dirt.

If you are lucky enough , your local dealer will have a tech "almost" as good as our resident Toyota tech. @LOTSOFTOYS. Jace.

So far, they're great. Bought both pairs as a "kit" from Amazon for $759 shipped. I'm never off-road,so for me,the 5160's weren't worth the extra $.
