I have a 2025 tundra sr5 I put a 1.75 RC leveling kit, then went right after to get an alignment everything was green drove straight, couple days ago I put A/T 33s I pulled out the shop and headed on the freeway and noticed it pulled to the right bad, so I went and got another alignment and everything was green but till pulling to the right, so I took it back to the tire shop they re balanced them and put the the left tire on the right and right tire on the left side but it’s still pulling right! if anyone can help or no what can be the cause of that issue thanks

I have almost the same setup - 2" front leveling struts and 285/60R20 AT tires. Got them installed in March and since then I've gotten 3 alignments and had the tires rebalanced.

For me it wasn't an alignment issue, it was more of a tire balance issue as it vibrated at higher speeds on the highway. My original installer tried to tell me it's normal despite the fact I've seen numerous Tundras here with aftermarket levels and tires and the truck rides smooth.

So after he lost my trust I went to my local Mavis and explained the issue and they did an alignment for me. It seemed a little better but still experienced vibrations on the highway. With an almost 2k mile road trip approaching I was feeling the pressure to get this resolved fast.

So I went to a new local tire shop and again explained the issue. I could tell he was really listening to me and that impressed me right away. They ended up rebalancing the tires and performing yet another alignment and finally I was good to go.

Went on the road trip and averaged 80-85mph and got up to 95mph a few times and it rode perfectly smooth the entire time. When I look at the tires they appear to be wearing evenly.

Anyway, I guess my point is you just have to find the right shop that will listen to you and actually try to solve the problem instead of just going through the motions. It can be done and once you get it right you'll experience the same satisfaction driving your awesome truck fast and smooth on the highway.

Thanks man! I haven’t experienced any variation but I did call one shop and told me it can’t be an alignment if it was in the green 2 times he said try rebalancing one more time since it’s the cheapest and go from there!
