I usually do. After my last 2 trips the steering wheel has been off center while driving home. I would align your truck to prevent premature and abnormal tire wear.

How much you doing the alignment? If doing the alignment every time after alignment, that will be a lot of money.

Could look into the lifetime alignment program at Firestone. I'm not an expert but I think you want to make sure they are aligning it correctly if you have it lifted or larger tires I don't think you want them just aligning to factory specs. I'd just make sure they have someone on staff with experience and confidence in aligning lifted/modified vehicles. Not just punching your VIN into a computer and matching up numbers. However I dont know much about alignments so maybe that isnt an issue at all. I just seem to recall reading about that in the past. If you can find a good Firestone place sometimes you can get that lifetime alignment on special for less than $180.... then you have unlimited alignments.

There are shops that offer lifetime alignment. They charge about $200 upfront but you'll get unlimited alignment as long you own the vehicle (not transferable).

They probably need to look at more than just the toe? Camber, caster, etc?

Yes, I know there are offer lifetime alignment. But I think they have time limit, like you have to wait 3 or 6 months then you can come back to do another alignment.

Ah that could be. Definitely read through the terms and conditions. They may also have a disclaimer that says if you take the vehicle offroad, they charge extra or wont allow the lifetime alignment. Definitely need to ask the questions.

What are you doing each time you offroad that you're throwing your alignment out of whack? I guess I'm a pretty tame offroader...

You should also check your cam tabs to see if they bent. Total Chaos makes replacement ones that weld on in place of the thin stock ones.
