I have an AT&T mifi (Unite) that I carry around so my kids can connect their iThings to it. Very handy and can go from car to car.

That is a good idea. If you don't mind me asking, how much does that run per month, how is the service etc?

Reason I am asking, my GMC has a pretty kick ass WI FI with AT&T and it is pretty cheap. Where I see this being an issue is I don't drive the truck much, and most likely would never uses the 3 Gigs per month. Moving from vehicle to vehicle is kinda nice.

I have a mifi I use for work at times...it's ok but not the greatest. Pretty sure the company pays $50/month for that....I think.

Well that answers that question. Through my AT&T plan, I can add this for 10.00 per month to the truck.

    Thanks for the reply.

Beat me to it, but mine is through work and it's about $10/month as well.

I have the government "enterprise" plan (or something like that) and it has no data limit. Good thing, too!

10.00 per month for 3 gigs, anything over this is 10.00 per gig.
