I’m looking at replacing my factory nav radio

I have a 2007 CrewMAX WITH JBL and factory backup camera and steering wheel controls

Besides replacing the head unit of my choice, what harness will i need?

Crutchfield is slammed so I’m unable to consult with them currently

I have a 07 dc, but not with jbl system or seering wheel controls. I did replace my headunit though. It s a Kenwood ddx6000 something or other. I think you could retain cameras and adapt them to a new headunit, but adapting to jbl amp is behond me. No doubt there are wiring kits than accomodate this, and many on this forum has done it. Are you going to keep the jbl amp? Some decide to ditch it also.

Depends on what all you want to keep ‘factory’. They make adapters for factory: steering wheel controls, nav, satellite, usb, radio antenna, and dash kit

Agreed. I bought my head unit from, plus all needed adapters/receivers including maestro for $30 more than another online vendor wanted for just the head unit. And he programmed the maestro unit and assembled the harnesses.

pretty much this! consider swapping that hu also for newer tech imo. you can keep your wheel controls. i went with full system in my 08.

    Kenwood dnx996xr headunit
    1 JL audio 12w1 sub
    2 JL audio c1 650 components
1 JL audio rd 900/5 amp with sub knob
    2 oem sail panels
    TRD sub enclosure
    Amp rack

he sent everything i needed. from components amd harnesses to wires, barrel connectors and screws!
