I’ve heard that this is pretty difficult to do on a Tundra that doesn’t come with sensors from the factory, but the threads I read were older. Now that the Pro is built on the Limited, which does come with back-up sensors, would it be very difficult to add OEM back-up sensors to the Pro?

The Pro is built on the Sr-5 trim not the limited.

2021 Pros have JBL audio, dual zone climate control, among other things you can't get on an SR5.
I don't think they are built on the SR5 platform anymore like they used to be.
But I could be wrong, just my observation.

To the OP, the 2021 Pro does have 3 mirrors and a backup camera to aid in your backing..
