I have read a few posts regarding the same or similar question but figured I'd ask as well.
Bought used 14 double cab with approx 165k on it a year ago or so. The original owner kept around 800 pounds in the truck including cap. I only carry 3/400 lbs in it now but the truck sits with only around 1" of rake measured (looks by eye even maybe even nose high at times)
Installing some 5100s and would like the middle setting, going to have to raise the rear approximately 1.5"s to kept the current rake.

My trucks leafs are pretty flat(alot are).Thinking AAL at first but found out the would most likely make my leafs worse with a little time. So now I'm thinking shackles or the icon mini pack, or maybe the AAL will be fine.
    Any suggestions?

How's the ride on that set up? I was considering swapping out my lift shackles for a similar looking pack from Wheeler's Off-road.

your leaves are in a negative arch by the looks of the picture. Id buy some replacements before I did anything else.

They ride really nice, better than any other AAL I tried. Looks nice/fits the pack well. This is the one I actually used.:D

I'm unsure if they are or not, I know, how stupid am I.
Would a 3 pack expansion pack fix this issue(or help) seeing as they get rid of the secondary leafs?
Not really looking to buy full leaf packs for each side but if it's needed....

You’d need to replace the leaves. I wasn’t asking... they are negatively arched. You can tell in the picture. See how the pitch from where it’s bolted to the axle goes downward, then back up toward the shackle? Toast.

    Thanks for the reply.
Seeing as a 3 pack still keeps the main leaf probably won't help me much.
Guess I'll start looking for full leaf packs...maybe rxt?

Or maybe a new spring pack. I bought a set from Alcan. I had them build mine to hold 500 pounds over stock and a 1 inch lift to go with my coachbuilder +1 shackles.

The reason I did this was the cost of shipping on the rtx and the fact that a new spring pack was close in cost. Also I didn't have to guess how it would turn out. If I had to do it over again, id still buy from Alcan.

If you're on a budget, I see near new OEM pull off leaf packs on Craigslist for a song all the time. If you can find a set, just add the AAL (and adjustable ToyTec shackles if needed).

Just started searching options.Only reason mentioned icon rxt is that there not much more then the OME Dakar and with less lift.
I'm in rural Canada, going to ask around but don't think anyone is buildi7leafs packs around me lol. Might call a few dealers or junk yards though, might get some low mileage used ones

Anyone familiar with Carrier Springs out of BC Canada.
Seen some leaf packs on eBay, they do custom leaf packs and with free shipping might be an option for me.
I've posted something similar to this in the regional forums but probably more traffic here.
They ship to the US and say use US steel, was thinking maybe even some Pacific NW people might have dealt with them?
