Saw this on an article, thought it was a nice and easy way to show my appreciation and support for our police officers in these trying times.
Simple painters tape can go a long way.

I'm going to do the same thing just because there are people out there who don't recognize that these law enforcement officers are indeed victims.

Thanks, Man. It would be nice to see this catch on with our forum members and to see them post up pictures of their trucks showing support of our law enforcement officers. What about it guys?....

Here's what I ended up doing on all of the flags I have on my truck. Both front fenders and back window. I'm going to order up new ones now since electrical tape won't last all that long. As a veteran I felt an obligation to do the red stripe also.

I've been truthfully considering becoming a firefighter as of lately. My current job is starting to test its limits.

Not sure what state you are in but it can be a great career. The only problem I Ran into was when it came time for promotions. I scored #1 on the captains exam. BUT...The list was redone to weigh one of the three steps heavier, the oral interview part. Then I was skipped and a year and a half later promoted for 22 hours before the Democrat mayor found out that I was not a card carrying member of the party. At the time, I was a Republican mayor in the town my wife and I lived, 45 minutes away.
I just view it as God had another purpose for me and I carried on.
You can actually get a college degree in the subject, which I would highly recommend getting.
It has been awesome and each shift is never the same.
