    All-
Last week I had my 17 CM leveled with 6112 Fronts(second from highest section) and 5100 for the back.
I love the ride and the look.
My question: I noticed after the lift my gearshift seems 'stiffer' and not as fluid. Could a lift put pressure on the tranny linkage and cause this 'tightness or stiffness"?
    Thanks

I'm getting the exact lift today. I haven't driven it yet, but did you ever figure out why your truck shifted differently?

think it's in your head. I have 5160's and did 5112's on top setting and just 5160's in the rear.

I agree mine's a bit different in shifting. Im thinking I might need a zero point calibration.

Looking at getting the same set up. Question though what kind of lift did you all get with the 6112's in the highest setting. Does it level the truck or there a need for a 1" block in the rear.

6112's in front on top setting, 5160's in rear, no blocks. Top pic is rear IMG_0844.jpg IMG_0845.jpg

What was the total lift front and rear?

Rear stayed same. Front about 2.5". I didn't measure beforehand. Those are the stock rims and tires.

I used the 3rd clip setting on the 6112s to achieve a 1.9" lift in the front. I put 5100s in the rear, that's all - no rear lift.

Mine is level relative to measuring from the center of the wheel to the fender. Some folks measure from the ground to the fender. You'll get different results depending on how you measure.

I'm very happy with my results.

Yep, slight rake as measured from the ground, the gap between the tire and fender is pretty even at all four corners, if I recall.

    I'll measure and post later.

Ok....no pics but I did measure.
From the center of the wheel to the fender
    All were 24".
From the ground to the fender
    LF and RF = 38.5"
    LR and RR = 38.75"

So, wheel travel is roughly the same all around, but the truck has a 1/4" rake. But I can't really see the rake.

I don't have measurements but my front is an inch higher than my rear on 3rd setting. I forgot to factor in all of my static weight and my already flat springs.

Wow mine is actually level. What else are you packing! Did you get 700lb springs?

I was going for the less than level look just a bit of lift up front. They're the regular springs well atleast I think so. I've got a crossover toolbox packed, plus all of the crap in my bed. Then most of my power tools and daily grab tools are on my back seat.
I've had people ask me if my truck was leveled before I even messed with the suspension. I'm also assuming my leaf springs are bit worn from 96k of towing. I order some shackles. But currently I'm running extra air in my airbags to make up for it. I added the airbags after my leveling screw up.

That must be it. I got nothing in the back. Well maybe 100lbs total.

    Your truck looks great man!

Yeah I've emptied my bed before and I usually gain an inch or two. I'm probably pushing 600lbs if not more.
    Thanks I like your flares.

Looking good man. I'm getting some RB20s tomorrow so I'll see how that looks.

I came from a Tacoma and I'm super happy with the tundra. It's a beast.

Quick question...Did your tundra come with chrome steps? Mine did and I quickly removed them.

You did well then. I have a factory chrome step sides in my garage.

There's another guy here in DFW trying to sell an identical set so I'll have to wait.

I'll post up my rb20s tomorrow night. How funny. The World is a small but wonderful place.
