5 foot Truck bed led light strips

Ive installed 5 foot led strips under my tonnue cover rails. These came with an on/off switch.

Where can i get continuous power and a decent ground from? Assuming I could tap into the hookup for trailer lights? Any ideas which color wire would be continuos back there?

Side note Im new here as I just bought a 2017 SR5 black crewmax couple weeks ago. Weathers warming here in Minnesota so the mods are starting. Bedrug/tonnue cover already installed and have the TRD CAI and duel exhaust catback system inroute. Hoping the warm weather holds so I can get it all installed next week when it arrives.

I'm going to be doing the same thing so I'm interested in answers. I was thinking of just hooking it into the power for the cargo lights, but it would be nice to be able to turn them on when I wanted from the back of the truck.
