4x4 lights flashing ,,4x4 computer control???

    Hello guys I have been having troubles with 4x4 not working for well since I had truck. I changed both actuators and still I don't hear anything from underneath of truck. Seems like I have no power to either actuator. I do hear a click when I push button on dash coming from behind right kick panel. So I took off kick panel and it's 4x4 computer control. I found one on ebay used so I ordered it and waiting on it in mail. Anyone else have this issue.
