I,m having trouble getting into 4 Hi. The light comes on saying I am in, but the 4-wheel is not connecting properly. When I turn hard, it seems my right side is not connected. Anyone ever have this problem?

What makes you think you’re not in 4-hi?

I am in 4-hi but the right side is going into traction control, and it's not catching on that side. Even when my wheels are straight, is seems to be slipping on that side. We have a lot of snow here, and I can still operate, but something is not right

Whatever front tire has the least amount of traction will get the power. If it starts to spin (a back tire would be spinning as well), traction control will kick in. What you describe sounds like normal operation to me.

You could be right, but I have had this truck for 7 years, driven in a lot of snow and mud, and never seen it act like this before. will put it on a ramp tomorrow and check it out. thanks of the input. Will let everyone know if I find a problem. thanks

Try putting in in 4lo - that will disable traction control and maybe give you a better sense of what is working. Good luck!
