    All I can say is I’m very thankful I quit when I did. I was in law enforcement for 11 years back in the late 90’s to early 2000’s
    If there was an officer shot in the line of duty once every 2 years that was shocking. Now it’s almost every week
    our society has gone so far down hill it’s such a shame there NO respect for anyone let alone a LE officer

    It is tough to see these posts all the time....like a reoccurring nightmare.

    The only sign of hope is that the death numbers are going down per year. This probably has to do with better gear, more training, and using buddy systems when applicable.

    I know a “few” people, and I have never heard “pig” or “F the police” or anything that supports violence against officers. Then again, I’m pretty selective on whom I hang with as well.
