Lately, I’ve had a slow loss of coolant on my 2000 AC SR5 and noticed occasional drops of coolant at the passenger side bellhousing where tranny mates with engine. Well today I had a bright LED flashlight with me and think I found the source. The rear coolant bypass pipe is oozing coolant at the gasket on the passenger side.

My question is can the gaskets be changed out without removing the intake. It looks really tight back there and the is a major electrical harness running along side the pipe. Has anyone here done this fix and did you have to pull the intake?

Jerry obviously removed the intake manifolds. That o-ring is not leaking on my truck. My question is can it be done without removing intake manifold but thanks anyway
