Hey guys, I had some questions about 4.6L Exhaust systems. I've been looking at Dirty Deeds, Flowmaster, Magnaflow, etc.... But there are not a lot of sound clips for the 4.6L, but I'm looking for sounds and performance.

    Sitting here with a 4.6, wishing I had a 5.7

    Thanks in advance

I have the dirty deeds 7” bamuffler on my 4.6 and I love it.

Quiet on the highway and cruising but comes to life when you get on it.

Unfortunately I don’t have time to get a video of how it sounds for you, will try this weekend if I get a chance.

    A fact worth pointing out.

Anything built for a 2010+ 5.7 tundra happens to bolt right into a 4.6

That said, anything for the 5.7 is built for an engine with almost 100 more Hp!! And way mkre volume than a 4.6 has

At Bamufflers we build your 4.6 system specifically for a 4.6!!

By designing a system specifically for a 4.6 we GAIN the very most low end torque possible. We gain 3-10hp 10-20tq to the rear wheels over stock. And all while having nearly absolute control over the sound:)

good choice, i put a FM Super 44 on and while im pleased with sound most of the time, it drones hard at highway speeds(not unbearable but annoying if you drive long enough). Cant speak on performance...feels the same as before. Will deff get a @dirtydeeds system down the road to replace it.

Will you get these gains just with the standard 6'' system and a 4.6L?

@dirtydeeds would the 10” standard be the quietest for 4.6?

    Not nearly enough room here!
Hey Paul, while you're waiting on Keith to reply, I can tell ya' I've had his 10" single on my 2010 for several years and for me the sound is both "grown-up" and will never be mistaken for stock. He does build a 12" system too that'll prolly be the quietest but I'll bet it'll still make ya' grin like a monkey when you punch-it!:D Whatever you do,you're going in the right direction. Several of us (me included) have had to "re-buy" exhaust systems after finding out about BA Exhausts.

Love it. My girlfriend was in the driver seat and doesn't know how to hit the gas pedal, lol.

Nice. Any other mods yet? I'm running out of stuff to do on mine.

Very interested in what you have @dirtydeeds . I went with a magnaflow dumped. Sound is nice but performance not so much.

I haven't done to much, just a remote starter and the exhaust. I got the truck back in November and I'm about to have a baby. Can't put to much money in to her yet.
