    Looking for yall's opinion when it comes to the lifting scene. I'm just looking to lift the truck 4-6" but at the same time i dont wanna break the wallet the rough country 4" and 6" are at a decent price if not cheaper than most other lift kits only thing is that i hear some pretty bad things about rough country.

    In my opinion of you want 4-6 inch lift and don't want to break the bank.. the Zone Lift Kit is the best for the $$ it's made by BDS Suspension.. it is a 5 inch lift for Tundras!! Rough country not a very good lift kit

    Buy once, cry once.

    Either the ToyTec Boss kit with upper control arms, Kings all around with UCA's, or long travel if you want to go full retard.

    That's why I said full retard. :anonymous:

    There is a reason why they call it Rough Country.

    Would your significant other prefer 3 inches of quality, or 6 inches of sub par.

    Is that your truck?? Looks good eithe way.. I've heard so many good things about Zone.. if I didn't want 6-7 inches of lift I would have done Zone over BDS since it's like $600 cheaper and it's backed by great warranty

    Well all girls have a vibrator regaurless of how many you packin lol but that still doesn't answer the ?. BOSS is only 3 inches right? And many others , myself included want a lift that looks like your truck is lifted. 3 inches doesn't give that look to me

    But, a full LT setup would be quite fun. I looked into it but then decided I didn't want to put that much work into the truck yet.

    That's a sick ass loom man, $1700 out the door installed is nice!! Like I said earlier, if I didn't want 7 inches of lift, my next option was Zone.. hands down

    :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead: you're right.

    As far as look, yeah you're right. It's all dependent on the person. I would like to think that most people like a comfortable ride over a look, which is why I ALWAYS jump to Toytec or a set of Kings. There is a reason why a set of 4 shocks cost as much as almost every 6 inch lift kit out there. You get what you pay for.

    Saving for a LT set up myself. Mainly because I'm retarded and bored.

    Also why I'm keeping mine small. Between the back, knees, multiple shoulder surgeries (one of which being on this Wednesday...), don't want to deal with crawling into the truck every time I want to drive.

    I also love parking in my garage and others if need be. If I had gone 6" that wouldn't be possible.

    Oh. Tell me what that's like. I've never been able to park in a garage. 1940's house with the original 1 car garage. My wife's car won't even fit.

    Yea everyone is diff for sure.. I lifted my truck 100% for the look I was going for and that's it. I'll still do Coilovers and get Hybrid tires but it feels good to me.. and above is true also IMO, rough country I've been told is seriously a rough ride ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
