I will apologize in advance for posting another "will it fit" question. I've spent the better part of a week looking at all the threads and can't seem to get a straight answer, so here goes.....

I have a stock '12 CM Rock Warrior that needs some tires. Perfect time to fresh'n it up a bit with a leveling kit and larger tires. My plan right now is a 3/1 kit, keep the stock wheels and throw some 35" BFG KO2's on it. I have seen posts saying that they have put 35's on RW wheels without any lift and only having to remove the front mud flap. Any thoughts on any potential problems or any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have an 08 with the same wheels and am doing this exact thing next Friday with Bilstein 5100’s and from posing the same question on here I gather after removing the flaps we will be fine.

2011 RW with 315/70r17 (34.3”x12.6”) Cooper AT3 XLT. Just a 3/1 lift and 1” wheel spacers. Didn’t need the wheel spacers to fit that size tire, just wanted to get tires flush with fender flares.

Removed front mud flaps and pushed inner bumper liner forward. No bmc. No rubbing.

Are you planning on running the same 35" BFG's? Let me know how it turns out. If I can do just the 5100's up front I may just do that instead of the 3/1.

I plan on running falken wild peaks which are very comparable to the ko2’s. I’m not sure what your plans are as far as stance goes but I plan on running the 5100’s on top setting in the front and if I did that and didn’t put the 1” in the rear I’d be squatting back there, and squat is DEFINITELY not what I’m going for.

I hear ya. Let me know how it goes. I'm pretty set on going with 35's just want to explore my options as far as lifting it up without running into any problems.

One other thing you might consider as I am as well is going with atturo trail blade xt’s. They’re an aggressive a/t tire like the ko2’s and wild peaks but generally run a hair smaller than advertised size. I’m going to go with whichever I can get for the cheapest price myself as they all three have great reviews.

Hey so I finally got around to getting the big Falkens on. I have 3/1 level lift, 1.25 spidertrax spacers, and the 315/70's on rock warrior wheels. The only rubbing I have is on the plastic liner for the front bumper and due to design its only noticeable at full lock in reverse, how is it you "pushed" it forward?

Your setup is exactly what I’m doing. How have you enjoyed the xlt’s? Any issues going up to the 315’s? Thanks
