Would 325/60R18 fit my truck with a 3 inch lift? 33.6 x 12.8 i think is the conversion

Depends on your wheel backspacing and if you're handy with a cuttoff wheel...and not scared to cut on a truck.

Plastic can be unbolted so you won't have to cut that. But you will need to cut off about 3/4" off the skid plate and a CMC.

Probably both. Might have to do cab mount chop and plastic wheel well liner too.

Wheel spacers are just going to push the wheels out farther and rub the cab mount even more. That's the opposite of a band aid solution.
