315/70/17 wheel choice

    2019 crewmax TSS
    Scored a great deal on a new set of tires and now I have to reverse engineer it all to fit. 19 TSS crewmax. Want to use the Icon Rebound. It has 5 1/2” back space and a 25mm offset. I was planning on doing the 6112/5160 setup on highest setting. Obviously trim or remove plastic crap, would like to avoid the BMC if possible. Do you think this setup would work? Or should I jump to 18’s to avoid the brake caliper rub etc
