3" lift

Hey guys I have been looking at tires for weeks now and I am unable to find a solid answer to if I can run 305/55/20s tires with stock TSS black steel rims which are a +50 offset. I also have a 3/1 lift on my truck too. If any of you have this setup please post some pics and was any trim work needed.
