This is most likely beating a dead horse, but multiple threads are showing varied responses and nothing quite answers the particulars of my situation.

Have a 2020 CrewMax Limited with the TRD Off-Road suspension from factory (my understanding is ~2" of "lift" that levels the truck out). I'd like to keep the stock TRD wheels (60mm offset) and upgrade to 295/70r18 Cooper STT Pros.

A forum search shows this tire size often fits with a little trimming, but they never specify what lift, if any, they're running. Also note my skid plate does not have the wings that most folks trim/bend to clear.

Curious if anyone has any input? Attached the calculator from custom offsets for reference between the stock Michelin tires and the Cooper STT Pros.

I'm not sure if the trd offroad suspension gives you a two inch lift. I know the pro suspension does. Also, with 295s and stock wheels you may rub the ucas and will need spacers.

I got the same tires and rims setting in my garage. Your going to need to get spacers. The width of the wheel on trd rims are crazy wide. I'm going to put 5100s on this summer for more of a level lift to help with the fitment.

Looks like I've got the HD Bilstein 4600s. Here's how the truck sits flat.

You don’t have a lift with that setup. You can run 275/70r18 stock with no trimming. When you lift the front 2” you’ll have to whack the skid plate.

Gotcha. The skid on the 2020 doesnt have the wings so I've seen people getting by without hacking it up. I'll just purchase a suspension lift in that case. I'm not doing any of this until the winter is over so I have some time to figure out what will suit my needs.

I am running 295/70r18s on the stock TRD wheels. Definitely need AT LEAST 2” of lift added to your current set up. I read that your skid plate doesn’t have the “wings” so you should be good there, but I also had to install 1.25” spacers to get away from the UCAs. As a note I am running the Toytec Eibach Pro series coilovers which gave me 3” of lift. And rubbed on my stock skid plate so upgraded to the narrower and more heavy duty RCI skid.

Appreciate that. I'll check their website out. The rubbing of the UCA was that i was concerned with the offset (+60) and width of the tire.

Dig the color man. Have a buddy with the 34.5" cooper stt pros on his tundra and fell in love. So I'm stuck with that $1200 price tag and now a $3000 lift lol.

Also forgot to mention that I have the SPC UCAs. I think they stick out a little more than other brands given their adjustability. Might not have this issue with a stock UCA or a different aftermarket brand.. I am just not sure outside of what I run...

    Good luck sir!

I plan on grabbing JBAs. Had them on my Jeep and off roaded hard 6 to 7 times a year and they were great. Just regular UCA maintenance done. I'll have to read up on their specs and see what the size difference may be, if any.

Thanks for the input, much appreciated

You’re correct. A Normal TRD suspension will not give you a 2’ lift from the front. Must added PRO in it. :)
