    Just got this truck recently metalic black color . I also have a 2005 Celica. While washing my truck I noticed how easily the pant scatches . Nothing on my Celica and been washing it the same way for years . Any one else noticed this its like the paint jobs now are missing hardner or something?

    TRD Grille w/Rough Country LED, Tuffskinz products,
    Paint formulas changed drastically in 2007. They went from an oil base paint to water based, due to EPA regulations. Smaller rock chips, paint cracking, easier to scratch, etc. have gone up ever since.
