Does anyone know if I would be able to order a 2022 Tundra 1794 hybrid yet or get on a waitlist?

I have called a few dealers and they stated no. So if anyone knows differently do you know any dealers I can call who have done this?

Also just generally looking for good dealers to order from that won't charge a massive market adjustment on the 2022.

Our 2 local dealers are handling it each in their own unique way.

dealer 1- $1k deposit on your trim/ package of choice (color you can skip and wait for next allocation). MSRP, they are known for adding stupid dealer aftermarket parts to drive up the cost

dealer 2- waitlist by trim/ driveline. I am first in line for a platinum/ 1794 long bed 4x4 hybrid. When they get a build sheet they send it to you, if you want it you send a deposit for the truck. MSRP + $1k off if you finance through Toyota.

Dealer #2’s method is much more sound. They don’t want to take anyones money until they know what the vehicle is and when it’s coming in. These folks putting big deposits and paying over Msrp are chumps

I may trade it in with it or keep it and have both (only have 1 car rn) - undecided yet - are you interested in buying it?

I assume that is in Idaho? Probably too far away but its a good starting point when comparing to others

Lol, no. Just always surprised seeing the 2018 and up crowd on here looking to buy the new 22.

Didn't want to assume in your case, so I asked.

You might be able to be put on a waitlist, that is dealer dependent. However, the hybrid won't be out until the Spring.
