2021 SR5 skid plate question

Toyota SR5 come with a factory skid plate. I was just getting ready to install a RCI skid plate and there is none on the truck! Not sure if I will have all the necessary hardware.

Odd but best I could tell from searching the internet and speaking with dealers unless it's ordered as an option or a TRD package there is no skid plate on a standard SR5.

 

It was hit and miss. My 2020 SR5 did not have one. It does now.

 

My 2020 SR5 did not come with one either. I have an RCI, but I don't remember if it came with hardware or if I used the bolts that came off of my 2013 when I removed the skid plate from it. I was originally going to use the plate from the 2013 to put on the 2020. Do you need the part numbers for the OEM bolts?

 

Should be the same for the 21, but here is the 20. Should be 5 bolts (#4) and 3 screws (#2).

I also had the sad little piece of tin which I took off to install the RCI which came with all the hardware needed for install. Front hitch also used factory tow hook bolts.

 

My 2021 SR5 came with the sad little piece of tin as well. Replaced with the RCI steel plate.
