Seriously. You can get a much nicer HU for under $800 installed. And the sound quality is much better

I put 2500 in amp and speakers and will be getting a new HU later on and I am still a head.

Only thing I dont like about mine is the color but I can live with that for another year or two and by that time I will be used to it

I personally like the MAGNETIC GRAY METALLIC because it gets rid of the spoiler on the hood! When I looked at the TRD Pro 2019 with the wife, first thing out of her mouth was, "I don't like that". You know what the means, right? I don't like it either - Happy Wife Happy Life.

One problem though! I bought the 2019 Silverado LT Trail Boss. After obtaining and driving a bit, wife does not like. She thinks its too big and does not find the passenger seat very comfortable. What to do?? When the 2020's hit the lots, I am going to go look and test drive the 2020 TRD Pro in the color I mentioned. I paid for my Trail Boss in full, but I know I would get screwed on a trade in deal. If I sell private party, then I am still going to take a nice loss.

Don't get me wrong, I like the LT Trail Boss, but damn now that I am seeing this 2020 TRD Pro w/out the spoiler on the hood, it has me thinking..

Haha.. I said "thinking".. By the time the 2020's TRD Pro's hit the lots, the 2020 6.2L V8 Trail Boss will be out! Talk about always wanting more :)

I know what you mean. One day I’m trading my CM in for an older model to be pymt free, the next I’m keeping it forever, then in the same breath I’m looking at GM 0% offers. Lol. I really like the new Sierra.

I agree. No point in getting a pro. Just get a limited and add to it. If I had half a brain I’d get a 2021 Silverado

I love the Tundra TRD PRO and agree the BSM and no parking sonar is a bit irritating. However, I am also really enjoying my 2019 LT Trail Boss - especially in sport mode. When the 6.2L hit later this year in the TB, it is going to be an impressive option.

I test drove a '19 PRO and '19 Platinum back to back yesterday.

The pro felt much heavier and I instantly noticed a difference when I began reversing from the parking spot. The wheel was harder to turn and the truck just felt very heavy. Platinum was more butter smooth.

Besides that we went on a 1 minute off road trail. Pro handled the bumps a tiny bit better.. The PRO seats were very uncomfortable. Platinum seats were much better, passenger seat was power which my gal liked too. Dual climate controls, sensors, and BSM were all much better on the platinum and the steering wheel was much more pleasant.

I was underwhelmed and disappointed in the PRO.. Going Platinum.

Good feedback. I’ve always just assumed that all the trims levels were the same from a driving , comfort stand point. Obviously minus the optional bells and whistles. Is that truly not the case?

My buddy has a 18’ 1794 and I think it rides the same (from passenger seat- I’ve never driven it) but it is noticeably quieter. He’s trading it in tomorrow. Sad day. Only has 15k miles on it.

Every one wants diesel, I understand stand for power increases and better fuel mileage, but Nissan Titan got diesel this year and now they are talking about dropping it.

The drive is completely different. I was shocked but actually quite happy because my decision was made for me on the spot. My girl was all about the PRO because of its looks and I agreed. When we hopped in I noticed her body language was off because the seats were uncomfortable. I mentioned that to her right away and she said "no they're the same".. a little game she plays because she likes it when shes right.

When I backed out she said "whoa this feels heavy". Strange she noticed this in the passenger seat... Lastly when she realized there are no power seat controls and she had to reach down under the seat to slide the seat she gave me a "nope..." look.

After the test drive she said buy the platinum and change out the minor cosmetics... Exactly what I was thinking to do all along... Never liked those seats in my '17 limited... The limited had heated seats too. What a shame.

The Titan has had the diesel since 2016. They officially announced its being dropped for 2020.

:censored::crapstorm:I hope 2020 pro sales suck maybe than toyota will start listening to what customers want as far as options/features.
Seriously who would pay platinum or higher prices for a truck that’s basically an sr5 with leather, better suspension and a bed stamp!

Everyone here who has bought one? Lol. I mean I agree I wouldn’t buy one due to lack of prices but they certainly haven’t had trouble selling them.

I love that tundra still has standard double din. No weird setup so any aftermarket will fit for a long time. And aftermarket stereos usually much much better anyways.

Looks like it’s exclusively through the app with the remote connect services. No normal fob operated remote start.

Also available on more than just the Platinum.

Interesting, wonder why only that color drops the scoop?

I see a new shark fin on all of them, and gone are the square Rigid fogs, they look oval.

Is the antenna really gone, or they just do that in pics?
