    Hey all,
I just pulled the trigger on all my stereo system upgrade components, except my subwoofer box. I found a box for 10's, but I don't know if it will fit behind the back seat. Here are the measurements:
    • 15-1/4" Tall
    • 20-1/4" Long
    • 7-1/2" Wide
    • 5-3/4" Mounting Depth

If this will fit, I plan on buying two of them for behind the back seat.

    As always, thanks in advance!!!!!

When you say: 7-1/2" wide, are you referring to how deep it is from front to back at the bottom of the box? If so, it will not fit. I do not exactly remember the dimensions of my Tech12Volts sub box, but I know it was no deeper than 6" at the very bottom. And mounting depth was no deeper than 4.75". Not to mention that James (@ Tech12Volts) has to cut a rectangular relief, just to the left of the right side sub hole, to enable the box to clear one of the rear seat brackets. AND, in addition, to give an extra .25" of sub-magnet clearance, he actually cuts holes in the back of said box, and covers them with a much thinner wood to seal it all up. Bottom line is, you had better be very confident on the measurements before you drop money. Or, better yet, just purchase your box from James @ Tech12Volts and save yourself the trouble. Mine rocks. Glad I took the advice from those before me!

See this is why you ask questions first before spending money. Now I know the box will not fit. Thanks for the info
