I just ordered 295.70.18 Copper AT3 XLT and was concerned about fitment, but not how to reset the calibration of the speedometer. And so far, there's no tool that shows any compatibility with 2020 yet.

Did anybody had any luck with this?

I will have them delay the delivery and might just downgrade to 275.70.18 or cancel all together.

    Thanks!

My speedo shows about 2 mph faster than real world speed (GPS and speed camera signs), so I was hoping that it'd be pretty close after I get my 35s put on. Do you know what the effect is on the speedometer as you go up in size?

The rough country calibrator works on the 2020. I have it installed on my truck. Talked to rough country and they haven't updated the website but confirmed its compatible.

It's a percentage difference, not a flat difference. Going to 35's is about an 8% difference in circumference. So at 35MPH the speedo would show 32.2MPH but at 80MPH it would only show 73.6MPH.

Yep, after I posted here I went and actually researched a little and that's what I found. Guess I'll be looking into the calibration as well.

Just FYI, This will correct the speedometer and the odometer BUT will not correct the cruise control setting. For example.... I put 34's on my truck so my speedometer was 2 mph off. Now the speedometer readout is correct but the cruise setting must be set 2 mph less than I want to be at. From what I have read this is due to the cruise being by the ECM and can't be changed by the calibrator.

Did it affect your shift point at all? I'm perfectly happy with my 2020 shift point. running 35 and stock 4.3 rear end.

How does this work if you have Nav?

Ok, if you have the nav manual, go to pg 106 the calibration follow till you get to the calibration. If not:

1 Press the “MENU” button. 2 Select “Setup”. 3 Select “Navigation”. 4 Select “Detailed Navi. Settings”. 5 Select the desired items to be set

    Then:

The current position mark can be adjusted manually. Miscalculation of the distance caused by tire replacement can also be adjusted. 1 Display the detailed navigation settings screen. (P.106) 2 Select “Calibration”. 3 Select the desired item.  For additional information on the accuracy of a current position: P.114 When driving, the current position mark will be automatically corrected by GPS signals. If GPS reception is poor due to location, the current position mark can be adjusted manually. 1 Select “Position/Direction”. 2 Scroll the map to the desired point (P.75) and select “OK”. 3 Select an arrow to adjust the direction of the current position mark and select “OK”. The tire change calibration function will be used when replacing the tires. This function will adjust miscalculation caused by the circumference difference between the old and new tires. 1 Select “Select after a Tire Change”.  The message appears and the quick distance calibration starts automatically. ●If this procedure is not performed when the tires are replaced, the current position mark may be incorrectly displayed.
