2020 on lot since 25 June...is that iffy?

Id look up the build date. Was it pre shut down or built during the chaos?

 

If you look at the vin in the photos I believe it was 6/20?

 

How much are they offering for the 13?

 

Do you have young kids? I don’t see what you’re really gaining by getting another dc

I think it’s there because of the color, not sayin that red’s bad, but if it had been white, black, sand, silver, green or black it may have sold sooner. Some people only want red on a Vette or sports car. How many miles? Has it been used as a “demo”? Any signs of body damage or repaint? If you buy it, have them delete the “pre-delivery service charge.” That’s stealership bs.

 

It has 11 miles. I didn't think of haggling the predelivery charge. I'll tell them I'll buy it if they remove it and see what they say.

 

I would love to keep both but it's really not practical. I don't really have the room with the wifes 4Runner and I also have a cargo trailer that is being built that will be here in a few weeks.

 

If you plan on financing this new truck, why not “make a payment” to yourself each month for what it would’ve been and save up for when the redesign comes out? If you don’t like the redesign, you can find a 2020/2021 model year and pay a good % of it off with your savings?

 

i did it. Wish i could undo the swap and put the money back in my pocket.

i would have just put 4.88’s in my 4.6 and been happy as a clam. The 4.10 gears hurt the 4.6 more than the lack of cc’s IMO

 

The best truck is the paid for one! Toyotas will last you a long time! If you cant live with the 4.6 then find yourself a used one and upgrade, at least you wont be paying the depreciation again. That is what really kills you, that huge cha-ching sound as soon as you drive it off the lot. Was your 4.6 doing the job just fine until you wandered onto the lot?

 

Wait till end of yr clearance. I paid 42 for my 2019 1794 in April. It is 4x2 but for the same price I feel like I got a great trim.

 

Your paying that much because of the rims, tires and who knows what else they added on it. Those are aftermarket. This past December I paid $47K plus tax for decked out 2020 Platinum Crew 4X4 in Orlando.

 

There is nothing added to the truck and steel wheels. Prices have risen due to low inventories.

 

I don't think there will be any clearance. Inventory is so low and prices are higher.

 

i’ll agree with you on the inventory issue, there is almost nothing available in the Tampa area

Do you know if it is one of their primary test drive Tundras? Ask them the odometer reading? If IT IS one of their primary test drive Tundras then you should be able to negotiate down several thousand more.

Go ahead and get it. You’ve been contemplating moving up to the 5.7L for a while. Just do it. Inventories are low here (way low) so I don’t see prices getting any better.
