This is my first truck ever and i was reading old posts but decided to ask,

I ended up buying ridgegrappler 295/65/20 tires and thinking to buy 20x9 (or maybe 20x10 if better fit?) fuel vapors after i install 3/2 leveling kit. Since bold pattern is 5x150 they offer +1 or +20 offset. Which one will be a better fit i have no idea. Thanks for replies.

Here’s a 35x12.50 on my 20” fuel assaults with a +20 offset. I wanted it as close to flush as possible. These still stick out over an inch. If I had gone +1, I think my rubbing would have been worse, and they would have definitely stuck out further.

    Down the side shot.

So I would suggest +20 to stay as close to flush as possible, your trucks paint will thank you!

Thanks for the info. Assaults offer +20 offset, vapor is +18. How hard to fit +18 offset ? What do you think?

So there’s a formula out there that will tell you how far they will poke out depending on tire size and offset. You should be able to search in here to find it.

Since your tires are slightly smaller than mine, but offset is a little more aggressive, I think you’ll still see over a 1” poke with this offset.

I bet +35 might be slightly tucked. It depends on what look you’re going for. I am looking for flares or midflaps or something because the side of my truck just gets nasty because tires are throwing everything on the side.

I think the overwhelming consensus you will get is that a little bit of a poke is a better look than it being tucked in. But it will be more work to keep the truck clean.

@TuFerLife at this point i am only worrying about better fit. Doesnt really mattet how 20 or 35 offset looks, so what you are saying is 35 offset will be better fit ?
