Got a weird one going on on my 19 platinum. When I put the truck into reverse the mirrors are supposed to drop down and lower- the passenger side works perfectly but the drivers side goes up and sideways. Anyone know how to fix this?

While the truck is in REVERSE gear adjust the mirrors where you want them to be pointing. Next time you put the truck in REVERSE gear, it will remember your last position. The mirror selection switch must be to the LEFT or RIGHT, if it is between the two it will not move when you put the truck in REVERSE. Good luck.

Those meters are temperamental. I remember a few times on my 2018 I would open the mirrors from closed when parking and they kept going all way around to the windshield.

Glad I found this thread. Anyone have an explanation as to why the mirror selection has to be on the Left or Right setting? Seems more practical to work on the middle setting as to prevent unintentionally adjusting the mirrors.

Agree. In my BMW the mirror switch has to be in the middle like you mention, in order for them to tilt down. If it's on Left or Right it stays still.
