I hope someone figures out how to retro those headlights into older models, I'm sure they will be a pretty penny from Toyota.

The headlights should fit right up to 2014+ Tundras. The electrical will be the possible change. That is why we have @bobeast on here.

It can't be too hard. I doubt it will take different voltages than the current headlights. I'm very interested to find out for sure though.

Yea, I read somewhere that there were some significant chances to the wiring harness, I guess only time will tell if that's true.

Everything on there makes me yawn. Even as a early 2nd-gen owner (2008), I have absolutely no desire to upgrade to a 2018. 10 years of time with only a few minor styling changes and technology additions? No way that's worth the 20K+ price difference compared to an older, used Tundra.

I like those redesigned headlights! I've been told by friends at Toyota 2019 will be the next major redesign.

Have to agree I was excited when I heard the new trd sport was coming out but when I saw what it looked like wasn't impressed wow lights with led bars they finally added interior all the same basically. I'll keep my 14 I'm happy with all I've done with her.

I agree, as a 08 Tundra owner and what is being offered, I will wait for next gen. I do like the new headlights. JBL sound system. Was hoping Toyota would step up there game with a complete new system. Bangs&Olufsen system would be nice. Hahaha that won't happen.

Adaptive cruise control sounds pretty sweet. Wife's old Explorer had it and was great on road trips.

Hmmm. It's got a clear lens over the emblem. Might make it difficult to dip black.

Wouldn't trade mine in for any new release unless it came with an SC. Already put enough $ in to back out now.

I'll put it this way, someone over at TW found a document that said that Toyota's budget for future engine R&D is 2.5 million bucks. There is no way you could design a Diesel engine under that budget
