    Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a 2018 Tundra SR5 crewmax and noticed that while streaming music via my iphone X, my system shuts down and resets itself when I make or receive a call.

Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, know of any solutions?

    Thanks in advance.

It’s a problem on my 15. I just need to make an appointment and have them re-flash it.
I can’t believe they still have an issue four years later. Take it in and have them reflash the radio.

Try making it so your phone doesn’t sync contacts. Then forget the devices on truck and phone then Reconnect. Mine was rebooting every 30 seconds. Has worked for the most part. Def still going to address it under warranty at my first oil change.

Thanks for the replies guys. The dealer did perform an Entune update for the system. Seems to be working for the moment, but time will tell.

I had that problem as well. Started using Pandora on my iPhone instead of using the entune version. Haven’t had a problem since.
