One of the reasons I chose the limited was for the dual zone a/c upfront because I like it cold, wife likes it hot. Well, I bought the truck 8 days ago with only 4 miles and today for the first time, wife went full heat on her passenger side and started complaining that it was still cold. Then we noticed the left passsenger vent was pushing out my 69 degree cold air and her right passenger vent was blasting full heat.

Anybody have this problem before? I scheduled an appointment with the local Toyota dealer Monday.

TRD rear sway bar, console organizer, stubby antenna, LEDs for cabin, cargo, license plate, and reverse lights, power-fold mirrors, Westin nerf bars, full stereo upgrade. Future - color-match grill surround/bulge, mirror caps, handles, plasti-dip badges.
I haven't had that issue, but I have had both zones synced since I got mine. What I did notice is that the vents start blowing cold air at times (I usually keep it on feet with heat). I would imagine it's sensing that the cab is above 69 degrees, but why is it over-heating the cab?

After playing around with it 2 hours before the appointment, the system ended up working as advertised. Not really sure what happened before, I guess user error, if that could even happen... I would delete this post but don’t know if possible

I had the opposite, drivers center vent was pushing temp set on the passenger on my 18 cm plat.
