So...I did a software upgrade and now the head unit continues to reset itself, I have the factory non-JBL head unit with navigation, any suggestions other than putting a sledge hammer to my head unit and going postal with the dealer?? :quickdraw:

Software downloaded from Toyota official site:
    https://securedp.toyota.com/download-app/getUpdates

I am not prepared to purchase an aftermarket head unit at this time, truck is still under warranty so most likely I will take it in for warranty.

    Thanks!

My 2014 CM started doing that too (I didn’t download anything). Dealer fixed.
