Good morning all, my screen on my entune audio system has gone completely white, no sound, no camera, and even when truck is not running screen remains white. I have pulled my battery cables for a while trying reset with no luck. The only way to keep from running down is when stopping and turning truck off then re engage the ignition and as the screen goes back turn off again quickly. Any ideas?

Mine is in the same boat.

Someone in another forum said that this is most likely an Android radio and the hardware fault or software got corrupted (it happens to other Android radios too).

Just sucks that they don't offer any type of diagnostics for a head unit that has a sticker price of $1,500 for refurb. There's diagnostics and repair for a $500 Android phone, so this doesn't fly as good customer service from Toyota in my books.

I solve by turning to Crutchfield and purchasing kit. Toyota (head unit by Panasonic) was not going to get a dime out of me for this, as it will most likely happen again with the replacement unit.

I encourage everyone facing this issue to file a complaint directly with Toyota, as we don't expect a head unit to fail this soon.

I just put a pioneer in my 19dc. Retains factory steering wheel controls and has apple car play. I also added a sound ordnance powered sub u deer the seat. Sounds fantastic. Got the radio from crutchfield they wires the harness so it all was pretty much plug n play.
