2012 Tundra Silver Platinum

I’m new to the forum. This is my third Tundra.
I’m wondering, can the differential gears in the rear and front axle be replaced with lower gears? Want to get better mileage and don’t need the power of the higher gears. Also will the computer need to be modified?
