Need a recommended Muffler with moderate sound, had flowmaster on last vehicle and like that sound per say, but not requirement. 5.7L Crewmax 5.5' Bed

I like my Dirtydeeds Industries 8” stainless BAMuffler. The TRD double exhaust also sounds nice, but I don’t know how much it is.

    Thanks for the mentions guys!!

The reason so many guys will recommend dirtydeeds/Bamufflers is because we don’t just make one system for tundras.

We make multiple systems for tundra owners and their use of the truck.

Even if you don’t buy my system, it’s worth a phone a phone call. Tundras are unique. And they’re very sensitive to exhaust changes. It’s easier to make it worse than it is to make it better.

Give a call. I’ll give ya the skinny. 760-877-4234

Here are pics of my 5 year old helping me install Dirtydeeds’ exhaust. Before I got on the group buy, he wanted our Tundra to sound “cool” like the rigs we’ve seen out on the trails here in Texas. We checked out videos of different setups on youtube, and we both liked the sound of Dirtydeeds the best. I told him one day we’d upgrade, but the group buy tempted me enough to speed up that plan. Glad I did! It puts a smile on both our faces every morning when I start it up and drive him to school.

So I had a flowmaster 50 series on my previous F150 and it was perfect. For my 2012 Tundra 5.7L Crewmax I am going to get the BAMuffler based on the recommendations and many videos next time there is a group buy, but does anyone have input on which BAMuffler is closest to the Flowmaster 50 sound level? I would assume the 8" or 10"?

Call Keith at Dirty Deeds. Dude is straight up legit and awesome to talk to. I can't really justify spending the money so I plan on muffler swapping with a Magnaflow #12588. Keith said as long as the factory piping is kept, everything will be golden. For real, call him.

Thanks. I did talk to Keith about the system and was big reason I will buy. I just wanted to get additional feedback from others on the "sound" or loudness compared to 50 Series Flowmaster.
Keith can chime as well!! :)

    Not nearly enough room here!
Don't know 'bout the Flowmaster 50 but Keith's 10" single side catback matched the sound of the Corsa Touring system, I had on my 2010 pretty much 'dead-nut'! It's probably been on 4 or 5 years now and I'm still getting compliments on it and questions about it.

Well, I got my 10" BAMuffler. Installed last weekend. After week of driving got several immediate comments from friends that the sound was very nice and knew immediately was not a Flowmaster or Magna Flow sound. Said it was smooth and just enough to say hmmm that's nice. I will say I would be fine with a little more decibels when I get on on HARD, but I think the 8" might be too loud for my neighborhood at regular take aways... Yes they bitch at my 1500 Watt Hertz Stereo with 12" sub too!! ha Wife and daughter like it but also said could be a little louder and they would be fine... but they likes my stereo too!! :)
Hope that helps anyone deciding between 8" vs 10". Key point is BAMuffler for Tundra is the way to go.
