    Hi,

I just joined this forum and now I am a new Tundra owner. I used to lease a 2015 Pyrite Mica Double Cab SR5 Pickup, I had to turn that in the end of last month and bought a used 2011 Pyrite Mica V8 5.7L Grade Tundra. I know what you thinking, the same color? Actually that turns out to be unreal, I didn't know what the truck looked like until I got the dealership to send me the pictures and seen that it was the same color. The problem is that it has the stock steel wheels on the truck that has rust on it, I actually went out and met a guy who had four TRD black wheels that were in great condition. My stock wheels don't appear to have any TPMS installed and my tire light has been on since, I even told the dealership to check that out and they never did anything that I asked them too. They were suppose to replace the battery even and they didn't, noticed that when I got home with the truck. Looks like I am going to need to order four TPMS and I have looked it up. There is more than one part number for them and I don't want to end up with the wrong ones. Anyone can help?

Discount tire sells and installs TPMS for a fraction of dealership costs. You will need specific ones for the type of metal yours are made of (alum vs. steel)

Isn't there a TPMS RESET button at the bottom dash, under the steering wheel column?
    There is on my 09.

Yes there is a TPMS Reset button, turns out there are no TPMS installed in the tires and I checked the programming on the truck and wasn't listing any installed. I end up getting some 42607-0c070 TPMS, just waiting to get them installed.

Don't forget about installing the same sensor on the spare tire. Yep, you need to put the TPMS sensor on your spare too or the tire pressure light on the dash may not go off.
