Being a Pa. guy myself all I could add is that there is already rust on the ww and tail gate, there's probably additional rust that you maybe can't see. I'd pass esp at that price. Do like I did make a short trip to Denver, and pick up a rust free truck to bring back. Don't rule out a high mileage vehicle as mine is a 2008 with 200k+ on it when I got it in Aug of this year. Yea it's a pita to drive there but a clean truck is worth it. I''ll never buy another rust belt car or truck again.

DC rear fold down seats, decals removed, blacked out badges, complete stereo, ceramic coating, ToyTec Boss 3/1.5, RidgeGrappler 305/70r17, blacked out rock rings and center caps, smoked tail lights, BAMUFFLER Alpharex Pro headlights, TRD PRO Sequoia Grille, DAPtune
Pretty clean and relatively low miles. If the underside looks acceptable make an offer? I don’t think 18k is unreasonable for clean a RW crewmax. Be sure to check 4hi and 4lo!

Those forged RW wheels are worth a small fortune by themselves ... guaranteed he could sell them on eBay for good money IF he were inclined. They're out of production and still in demand. 125K on a Tundra is nothing, as long as they were good with fluid maintenance and everything works. I'd get a more close-up inspection on how much rust is on the undercarriage etc. Seems like a decent deal to me.
